Briefly
Obinelli is pilot program of the LEONARDO programme that aims to adopting European Credit System for Vocational Education and Training (ECVET) in order to lay the foundation for the transfer of credits between the educational centres of participant cities. Object is to enable permanent exchange of students and teachers.
Obinelli is common effort of four cities: Barcelona (Spain), Berlin (Germany), Rovaniemi (Finland) and Vilnius (Lithuanua). Training centers and educational authorities as well as companies from all four cities work together in this project.
