Barcelona City Council offers citizens helpline channels online, by telephone and in person to report incidents and make complaints, or to make enquiries and offer suggestions on municipal services and how the city works. It is also possible to consult the stage of your petition, using any of the three helplines.
Through the online helpline, on the bcn.cat website, you can make enquiries and report any incident and/or make complaints concerning any of the city»s services or responsibilities.
If you wish to make an enquiry or find out about any aspects of the city by phone, dial 010. Outside the metropolitan area, the number to dial is 807 117 700. You can also report an incident or make a complaint about any of the city»s services by phoning the "civisme" freephone number, 900 226 226.
Enquiries and reports can also be made in person at any of the citizen's help and information centres.
