1- Transnational network in accordance with the Phase II work plan.

2- Project website, donde se colgarán todos los productos desarrollados y constituirá una herramienta básica de divulgación del proyecto y de sus resultados

3- Reports (partial reports drawn up by each city and overall report) on the most "successful" strategies and tools for collaboration between the business sector and other social players in the fight against social exclusion. To include an analysis of transferability.

4- Publication of a pamphlet, in each country's language and English, outlining the project objectives and the conclusions of the report on new strategies and methods of collaboration. The pamphlet will be used to publicise the project and will be distributed at all events (seminars, conferences, meetings, etc.) held in each city.

5- Model definition, containing a specific methodology for coordinating, extending and channelling the collaboration of the business world with the social projects carried out by social organisations and public administrations. It will furthermore contemplate carrying out specific action to sensitise people and promote a culture of collaboration between economic agents and the different social players.

6-Different actions carried out and validated - at least one per participating country - to develop the model through the "learning by doing" methodology. Each local team will carry out actions (suggested in the model) that it should systematise in terms of the advantages and impediments, impacts and results so that, based on this learning experience, a common model can be drawn up to include a "battery" of initiatives to promote the culture of collaboration and sensitise the business sector.

7- Action based on disseminating information on the conclusions of the report on new strategies and methods of collaboration between the different social players and the model defined amongst the different cities:

     - Meetings with key people in business associations and social organisations, the         administration and other organisations such as trade unions, in each city.
     - Seminar to present the results and conclusions of the report and the model, to be         attended by representatives of all the social agents.
