Two kinds of appraisals have been formulated, as well as a Follow-up System:
Follow-up System: this will be implemented by the Multinational Follow-Up Commission. It is based on the control of the following:
- Systematic collection of the information generated by the project and the partners.
- Implementation of activities, schedules, and work plans.
- Supervision on reports and intermediate products.
- Advancement in the accomplishment of objectives.
The final responsibility of the Follow-up System will befall on the sponsoring organization (City Council of Barcelona - Personal Services Section.)
Intermediate Appraisal : The following aspects will need to be appraised:
- Degree of advancement of the objectives, in compliance with the review of partial results.
- Degree of advancement in the implementation of the project activities.
- Degree of cohesion and coordination of the multinational consortium, for the appropriate project evolution.
- Work methodology. Usefulness of work procedures to achieve the objectives.
Final appraisal. This will be used by the partners to appraise: the achievement of objectives and results, the execution of the planned activities and the procedures used, the operation and quality of the multinational consortium, and the possibilities of joint works and experience exchanges for the future.
