Barcelona City Council is improving the service for the general public with a free telephone line: the telephone for civic response.
The civic response telephone number is for citizens to send information or complains to the council about street cleaning, maintenance and control of urban areas. The information can also be sent through the link to the Council hears you from this website.
This improvement in the service is part of the campaign by the City Council to encourage public-spirited behaviour and collaboration, vital for achieving peaceful co-existence in the city. |

010* is now for information and administrative procedures and transactions
Up until now the general public had to phone the number 010 for incidents or complaints to reach the City Council. This citizen's service number will continue to offer an information service on the city and municipal services (complete information on what's on, facilities and services, organisations and associations, and city transport). It can also be used to get information on procedures and transactions with the City Council and other public bodies, as well as for the resolution of any of the procedures or services offered by the council (31). |
